Built at 2 AM, Powered by Frustration

We built this because we needed it.

TaskForget started with a simple problem: every productivity app was either too simple to be useful, or too complex to actually use when you're drowning in deadlines.

The Problem We Solved

Sound familiar? You're juggling multiple clients, countless tasks, and using a Google Sheet because everything else is either too basic or requires a PhD to operate.

The Time Sink

"I spent more time organizing my tasks in Notion than actually doing them. Five clicks just to mark something complete? Seriously?"

The Priority Problem

"Everything was urgent, nothing was prioritized. I needed something that could actually tell the difference between 'fix the client's website' and 'buy coffee.'"

How TaskForget Was Born

Picture this: It's 2 AM, you're an account manager with 12 clients, 47 active tasks, and your Google Sheet just crashed for the third time this week.

That's exactly where our founder was when the idea hit. Why doesn't anything just... work? Why do simple tools break under pressure, and complex tools require a manual thicker than a textbook?

So we built what we wished existed: AI-powered task categorization that actually understands context, lightning-fast input (because who has time for forms?), and MoSCoW prioritization that prevents everything from being "urgent."

The Eureka Moment

"What if AI could categorize tasks as fast as I could type them?"

Speed First

"Every interaction should be faster than thinking about it."

Actually Smart

"AI that understands 'client call tomorrow' without a tutorial."

Our Philosophy

Speed Over Features

We choose fast over fancy, every time. If it takes more than 3 seconds, it's too slow.

Smart, Not Overwhelming

AI should feel like magic, not like you need an engineering degree to use it.

Built by Users

Every feature exists because someone on our team actually needed it to get work done.

Our Mission

To build productivity tools that actually make you more productive, not just make you feel like you're being productive.

"We believe that the best productivity tool is the one you forget you're using. It should be so fast, so intuitive, and so smart that it becomes an extension of your thinking, not an obstacle to it."
